For International Women’s Month, Exposure.ph partnered with Philippine Airlines to document a historic and inspiring milestone: an all-female led flight from Manila to Guam.

Our team went behind the scenes—and into the skies—to capture the empowering journey of this extraordinary crew. We filmed everything from pre-flight preparations to the celebratory arrival, interviewing the pioneering pilots and dedicated flight attendants who together boast decades of aviation experience. The resulting video is a joyful and powerful testament to female leadership in aviation, showcasing that women are capable of soaring to any height.
